Privacy policy

Our principle

This site collects no data without your knowledge. It uses no advertising trackers and no analytics tools.

It sets no cookie until you explicitly ask to book an appointment. If you never click a booking button, nothing leaves your browser — which is why no consent banner is forced on you when you arrive.

Online booking (Calendly)

The booking buttons open the Calendly service (Calendly LLC, United States). Nothing is loaded from Calendly until you click: no script, no cookie.

On that click, three technical cookies are set by calendly.com. All are marked HttpOnly, and none serves advertising or analytics:

· __cf_bm — bot protection, roughly 30 minutes.

· _cfuvid — request rate limiting, for the duration of the session.

· _calendly_session — keeps your booking session, roughly three weeks.

Opening the module also sends your IP address and browser information to Calendly, which is required to display available slots. The details you then enter — name, email address, answers to any questions — are processed by Calendly before reaching us.

As Calendly is established in the United States, this data leaves Switzerland and the European Union. Its privacy policy is published at calendly.com.

You can avoid Calendly entirely by writing to Princilya@eurekalanguage.com: we will then arrange the appointment by email.

Data we receive

The only personal data that reaches us is what you send us voluntarily, by writing to Princilya@eurekalanguage.com or by calling: your name, your email address, your telephone number and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing

This information is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange your language support. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then for the legal period applicable to contractual relationships. You may request its deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection.

To exercise them, write to Princilya@eurekalanguage.com. We reply within a reasonable time.

Hosting and security
